Returns & Exchanges

At EDMProd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible physical and digital merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
