How do I receive my digital downloads?

Once your purchase is complete, a download link will be sent immediately to your registered email address. You can also access your files anytime through your account dashboard.

What is your refund policy on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied, please contact our support team within 14 days.

Are the samples and presets royalty-free?

Yes, all sounds, samples, and presets purchased from EDMProd are 100% royalty-free for use in your commercial and non-commercial musical productions.
